Bringing loop video youtube Feature on Smartphones

On desktop, the YouTube app, which is owned by Google, features a loop feature that lets users watch a single video repeatedly. Now, it's being reported that YouTube may finally bring that new feature to smartphones. According to a report in Times of India, the Google-owned video streaming service is rolling out two new features, one of which is loop video youtube on smartphones. the Times of India report cited a website named DriodMaze to hint that the loop feature may be coming to Android devices soon.

On a YouTube video, click the three dots to access the "Loop video" function. The clip feature, on the other hand, is available on both Android and iOS. According to online reports, YouTube is also planning to ship new features like video description and the links that we add in description wouldn't work on TV and users won't be able to open them on TV. Users will be able to toggle "Loop Video" on or off from the menu.

As part of its efforts to court more influencers, YouTube earlier announced the launch of a $100 million fund to reward content creators who produce popular videos on its new short-form video feature, Shorts. The fund will launch in the coming months and reward creators between this year and 2022, YouTube said. The move comes as platforms compete to attract young creators who are rapidly gaining large fan bases and sizable financial potential by producing short comedy skits and dance routines.
